neteller ATM card question

I know there are lots of neteller and transaction questions these past few days. I do have a few questions about the neteller ATM card. I have been told this is a great way to withdrawl funds without anyone in the USA knowing who is getting the funds

1. Is the neteller ATM card traceable back to the person it is assigned to and making the withdrawls? I know neteller is a foreign company and I do not beleive they report this information. PLus the cards do not have anyones name on them

2. Does neteller report this information if they are not already doing so at this time with the new issues that have come up?

3. if neteller gets shut down will the ATM cars still work to withdrawl the rest of your balance?

1- yes, anyhting you do these days is traceable, you can trace the card back to the bank, and bank back to neteller, and neteller to your name.
2- neteller does not go out of their way to report anything.
3- The atm card should work, cause once the money is in your card it belongs to the issuing bank and not neteller.
